An early trip to the docs. As soon as he asked how things were I burst into tears. He of course knew I had phoned NHS and we spoke about that. Medication changed; one anti-depressant halved and the other doubled. More diazepam advised.
I have been referred to a CPN (community psychiatric nurse) mainly because I have no support on a daily basis; he/she comes to the house weekly and offer support in all different ways, from suggesting services, to going out with me, dealing with my medication in between Dr visits and keep him informed. It should start in a couple of weeks once they allocate the right person.

The rest of the day was spent in bed.
