The Building Inspector

At the time of writing, we are 3 panes short of a conservatory. They are still working, despite it being nearly dark and it's now bitterly cold and snowing. Our first proper snow of the winter, but it doesn't look as though it's set to stay. Hope that's not famous last words.
The blackbird seemed completely unphased by the installers, and came to see what was going on.
