Blinded By The Light

I think this morning's sunshine was so unexpectedly bright because I hadn't seen the sun for at least a week. And the sun is already rising higher in the sky than a month ago.

These are backlit hellebores on my kitchen windowsill. They made an impact when I walked in. Fluffy clouds are already moving in on the sun.
