Mercury narrowing

Still way too much water to get in without a boat and bizarrely despite a couple of dry days the various monitoring stations along the Alyn show it still rising, most strange especially as it behaves like more of a South Wales river in that it goes up and down pretty quickly.

With tomorrows fresh influx of rain we are unlikely to get in it this week so it may be time to call in the big guns ie our inflatable boat!
