Chicken wings

According to the (crazy) Americans I spent the morning with, chicken wings are the best part of a chicken to eat, more hassle than they're worth in my book, but I kept that to myself (actually I didn't, I expressed my disbelief, but thought I'd leave them to their little idiosyncrasies, bless)
