A Long Conversation

Thanks so much for the lovely feedback on the blip of David yesterday. Arachne made a comment, the very first indeed, saying something which really resonated with me. She said ...

"For a long time I've been fascinated by the way that, if you spend long enough with people with unusual features, those features seem to fade into who the person is. Already that's happening to me looking at David even though I don't know him."

I find I can't really add to that or improve upon the words. It's perfectly expresses how I feel too. Not going to say any more tonight because it would involve a tirade around the problems at work. It all got rather overwhelming today.
