Looking back

Today we went to explore stage one of this year's Tour d'Yorkshire. We went all the way from Skipton up to the top of the Buttertubs Pass, where we were pelted by supersonic hailstones. Today's blip is the view back from the top of the pass down the valley looking south.

We then returned home via the Ribblehead Viaduct and Settle - where we had very nice fish and chips and then Boundary Mill for some shopping.

All things considered a pretty decent day and we even found a nice spot to watch the Tour from - though I fear everyone else will want the same spot!
