And I was worried about frost...

I won't know until this snow melts if any of my new plants will survive. There is some hope as Primroses can be perennial here but they didn't have much time to settle in. It is cold enough for us to have dryish snow, but as the snow is fairly insulating I give them even odds. I think all of them will have to regrow though. It won't be a matter of them surviving intact. We don't usually get snow here, but January and the early part of February are the time. So this is seasonal. I'll just blame that damned robin for giving me false information.
