Sisters

My beautiful Little Misses have had a pretty good day today!
First of all it was Miss E's turn. There was a show at her gymnastics place so for the first time we got to go in and see what they do in there!
It was amazing!! Miss E was nervous before it started but soon forgot that and beamed and waved at us like all the rest!
Nanny, Nana and Papa were there as well as Mr K and me so it was a full house from us!
Obviously I'm completely impartial and objective when I say Miss E was the best there, the prettiest and had the nicest leotard. Hee hee!!
I was a very proud mummy!
And it was good to see how nice all the coaches were and how much the children enjoyed themselves.
Bloody brilliant!!
Then it was Miss L's turn. It was home for a birthday tea with all the grandparents, Mrs L, Miss M and Mr T.
It was a mish mash of sausages, cheese and pineapple on sticks, strawberries, crisps, chips and dips, Jaffa cakes, salami, garlic stuffed olives and Bakewell tarts. It seemed to go down well!
And I spent about two hours making a spicy savoury rice thing which was supposed to take twenty minutes. The rice wouldn't cook and it didn't taste anywhere near as nice as it did the last time I made it....
And there's about eight tons of it left!
Oh well, that's lunch and dinner sorted for tomorrow.
And the foreseeable future!
We drew faces on paper plates and voted on our favourites. Miss E was in charge of entertainments! And there was singing dancing, shows, present unwrapping, birthday cake, candles, dressing up, a meltdown or two, and lots and lots of cuddles.
And it's not even the big day until tomorrow!!
