Feb 12th 2009 - A career in Ecuador?

Our morning Spanish lesson was pretty much filled with banter between me, Sally and Rachel and then in the afternoon we randomly ended up at a University and Job Fayre. And it rained. A lovely, refreshing, light, warm rain. I played some football in the rain with Soren, Mia and Sara before we met Luca.

Luca is a Dutch child of two friends of the school and is coincidentally the same age as my twin little cousins. We played football together, spun him round and played on beanbags and with blocks. When he left his parents made him kiss us all on the cheek – just like my Auntie made my little cousins. That was the first time I missed something from home.
