Something sweet

After digging out from last night's snow I ventured out to the local bakery to pick up a little something sweet for my granddaughter for Valentine's Day. Her face lit up and I got a big smile for these cookies that I gave her. I told her she could share with her mom and she reminded me that 'sharing was caring' and was fine with the idea until she finished her cookie first. When she realized her mom still had half a cookie left she started bargaining to get the remaining cookie herself.

We are going out to dinner on Sunday to celebrate the twins birthday so we didn't go out tonight for Valentine's Day but ordered some Chinese food delivered and enjoyed a quiet evening at home. Hope everyone had a nice Valentine's Day.
