We had some good news today, we managed to secure our next house at a price we wanted too. Good times ahead once all the legal stuff is out the way as we renovate this one to a standard the other one was done to.
I can't wait as this will give me something to get my teeth into.

Maddi goes back to her mother tomorrow, but to night I am reading her a bed time story and once asleep, I am having a drink or two.
