I think this may even be the same flower as THIS. That one was at the "Love-in-a-mist" stage, this seedhead is "Devil-in-the-fog" according to Cabbagetree Cottage.

They are coming up in the path near our greenhouse. I too down the bean tepee, even though the pods had not completely dried for seed. There's gales forecast for the weekend and I couldn't bear to have to try to get the canes up to the vertical for the umpteenth time.
