Shamrock Flower Again

Yesterday I blipped this flower using a compact pocket Leica camera and one of the comments made me think that I should repeat this exercise, for comparison, using a Nikon SLR, well today’s blip is the result. While this picture is undoubtedly sharper and better, it is not that much better considering the weight and complexity of the equipment used. You are probably looking at this on your computer at considerably more than life size; the flower is 11mm across, so it is not the easiest picture to take and depth of field is a significant problem. The Nikon was focused on the edges of the petals.
