A spot of Irish colour

We zoomed into Clonakilty to pick up the Spring card order, and then stopped off in Skibbereen for some new taps. Lunch followed by a spot of blipping - talk about competition, we were elbowing each other out of the way. Anyway I rather like these mad colours - a nice little book shop too, with good art supplies on the top storey. And look, you may be amazed to note that there are hints of sunshine!! Bright and breezy today - a welcome bit of light.

Back home, I opened the card order - images look fine, the reprints all good, but the nine new cards for some reason have not been bagged and enveloped - urghhhh. We always have them bagged and enveloped; it says on the invoice that they've been bagged and enveloped. Why is life not straight forward??

Arthouse tonight - Gloria - Chilean about a woman of  a certain age. I will report back.  A quick review of films I forgot to report back on:
Blue is the Warmest Colour - intense love affair, amazing acting, too much gratuitous sex
Le Weekend - old love affair turning bitchy, amazing acting , no sex though there could have been
Monuments Men: fascinating story, bad acting, no sex,
