Ear Screening at M/Kwerekwe G Primary School

Children in this school have been having their ears screened for any early signs of hearing loss. They have also been learning about avoidable hearing impairment and how to care for their ears.

In Zanzibar IMPACT works in 192 schools training School Health Monitors and teachers to check children for the early signs of disability and ill health. Further treatment and surgery is provided for those with health problems.
