Smoothie bike

Here we are at the Environment Fair in Dumfries. It's a huge event with stalls from lots of environmental organisations - I was on the Ecocongregation stall with a game about the carbon footprint of food. Roy, in the photo, was in charge of the Smoothie Bike on the Sustrans stall. Sarah and I both had a go. After all that furious pedalling, we DESERVED our delicious smoothies!
