Refraction

Whilst I did a few practical errands today (buying more paint etc…) 5 blokes set about our garden with picks, shovels, cement mixers etc. It's only a tidy garden - hardly room for them. My friend Jill (her website here) (I took the photo!) who is an artist and landscape designer drew up a plan for our uninspiring little patch, and today was D-Day for the work to start. They made good progress, and even managed to get the pond in. It looks a bit stark but once the work is finished, we can set about some planting - really looking forward to that bit. The pond will also have some stones in it to build up areas to make it wildlife-friendly.
