Haircut Sir

Early start today and managed to get AD out of bed to go for a run on the Heath. Started to go anti-clockwise around Black Heath as AD can't go clockwise. He had some yogurt before going out and wouldn't stop complaining that he needed to burb for the first 4K. At 5K he was no where to be seen. Managed to get my 10K in and found him waiting for me at the end. A flat 10K and managed it in just under 55 minutes.
Home for some breakfast before heading to Greenwich so AD could get a haircut before meeting J.
Headed over to the market where J got a few new dresses while we got a pint in. Next stop was the Yacht pub to watch the rugby, lunch and a few beers.
SF came over later in the afternoon to see us while we watched the Scotland game.
Back to his place for an early night before going on holiday tomorrow.
