Bringing back memories

Well actually it is so long ago it is almost beyond memory. It was a car like this in which I learned to drive, in fact it may even have been a car with the same year of registration, though I doubt it was as new as that when it was being used as a driving school car.

At the time I lived in Notting Hill, long before it became fashionable, instead at the time I think it was more known for the race riots which had occurred not too long before.

Learning to drive in central London now seems quite a scary thought, at the time it didn't seem to cause me too much anxiety.

In view of the vintage of the car a B&W and slightly sepia treatment seemed appropriate.
