Farewell wee column...

Since last May, I've been writing a column about art in The Daily Record.
It appeared every Friday.
This is today's column; my last one.
It was great while it lasted and a real privilege to be able to write about art in a tabloid newspaper in a straightforward and unpretentious way.
I love spreading the word about art which catches my eye but nothing lasts forever and budgets are being slashed right, left and centre in the heady world of old media.
Onwards and upwards.
