Backlit Brimstones and beer gardens

2 weeks, 2 walks up the hill, I feel better already. This time I walked with lovely Sarah up to The Masts through deep mud, sunny woodland and a beautiful butterfly reserve. On the way back down we found several stunning male Brimstones nectaring. They were very absorbed in what they were doing.

and then we went to the pub, for the first outdoor cider of the year..
