On the Road Again...

We arrived in Phoenix at 3:45 PM yesterday, just after the office of the RV park we had reserved a spot in had closed for the day. They'd posted our particulars on their "After Hours" bulletin board. We collected the information and proceeded to #81 to discover that the spot was occupied by a parked car. The adjoining spot also had a dog run fenced off around it, making it very unappealing to us in such close confines. I tried calling the office on my cell phone. Nothing! So, we moved over to the pull-thru area where we'd stayed before and parked in #36. D set us up for the night there. He figured out how to run the TV using the television antennae but there was no wifi for me.

In the morning, we set off for the office before breakfast. We were told we couldn't stay in #36 as it was booked with a group booking coming in shortly. So, we packed up and moved to #87 as offered. Here we have wifi (at an extra cost) and TV. No one offered to move "Bob" from #81 and he's still there today!

We've had a goof-off day with late breakfast at IHOP (International House of Pancakes) and some retail stops along the way. We came back to the trailer to put our feet up again in the afternoon.

Here's our lovely red chairs outside on our 'patio'. Don't they look nice? You can't see us because we're inside with the air conditioner on!
