Spooky

Following on from our hot fine day, this evening was still and warm. We went for a walk short walk around the block after dinner and discovered all the street lights in my street and surrounding ones were out.

Stillness, warmth and light from the rising full moon and ambient light from further away gave everything a spooky feel and outline.

I successfully drove to work and walked 5 mins to and from the car. Plus, 18 mins on the exercycle morning and night, and heel raises and squats. The odd grizzle from my foot, especially driving but nothing major.

So long as my foot has periods or rest and elevation it's coping well. I'd go as far as to say it's is humming along :-)
