Winter's Here

The sure-fire sign that winter has arrived in the Wee County is when the highest hill in the Ochils has it's first snow on it.

Didn't notice it until the sun was just setting, but then the ridge to the summit of Ben Cluech lit up to show it has had it's first smattering of snow. And outside it certainly felt like snow was heading for us, with a bitterly cold wind blowing and dropping the temperature to pretty near freezing.

Didn't hang around outside too long as my fingers were starting to go numb and my nose was turning a nice Rudolph red.
