At The Scottish Parliament

Today, I took a group of international MBA students from the University of Stirling to The Scottish Parliament. Although a very busy parliamentary day, we were very lucky to get the support of George Adam MSP, the MSP for Paisley and parliamentary liaison for Cabinet Secretary Michael Russell.

We attended a parliamentary committee, and viewed various parts of the parliament, but I think the highlight for the students was when George took the group into the debating chamber, while explaining the workings of parliament.

A fine day, and the students agreed the openness and transparency of the Scottish Parliament is something we should be proud of.
