After a few dull days the sunshine returned, and with it the butterflies. Commas, Peacocks and Small Tortoiseshells all on the wing again in the village.

Later in the spring, St. John's graveyard will be my most reliable spot for seeing Speckled Woods, but today it was the realm of the Peacock.
