Busy busy running around all day kind of a day today.

Tomorrow I will be mostly making ginger and lemon / ginger and lime cordial. Hence the industrial quantities of ginger shown above. Lovely stuff.

At the school Christmas Fair tonight, Katherine spotted Santa.

"Mammy, I know who Santa is"
"Who is it love?" (aware that Conor is listening carefully)
"It's Mr G_____" (school janitor)
"Ah yes, that's because Santa was busy tonight and asked Mr G_____ to help him out. The real Santa will be at the Christmas fair on Saturday in the Village Hall."

Conor seemed happy with that.

I do hope Saturday's Santa isn't Conor's friend's dad like last year... he might rumble that.
