In the swim ...

20-lengths at my favourite Edinburgh pool this morning ...

... you may have noticed, I struggle a bit to know what picture to blip each time I go swimming - can't think why I haven't put a snap of my home fish-tank up before now??

So - here it is :-)

18-mile run tomorrow - as per the training-plan, then a definite rest-day on Sunday ... off to visit my Mum, of course :-))
