Friday wine day

Today we started a new tradition, every Friday me, Rach and young impressionable Luke, will be visiting the local wine shop at lunchtime to try a drop of a few fine wines and purchase something for the weekend.

This month I returned with a bottle of red from Stellenbosch (where we are visiting on honeymoon) and six bottles of Icelandic pale ale (where we are visiting in December).

Wine at lunch, beer after work and us being a little down from not being in Amsterdam caused an impromptu further bottle of red and eight plates of tapas. I do love a night flying by the seat of my pants.
