[i]Roshogolla[/i]

...that's the name of probably the most famous Bengali sweet...they came along with my parents, who are in town and would be staying with me for the next couple of weeks...the these rosogollas are just one of the goodies they've brought along...there are other sweets, snacks, "raw material" for some of my other all-time favourite dishes, to name a few...I took the day off from work to go receive them and spend the day with them today...had a delicious fish-curry meal which led to long chit-chat and catching up session with my mom...families are a great thing to have :)
