Spot the obvious mistake!

We got the Grandchildren a swing at Christmas and for the youngest, I've just bought the baby swing from the same manufacturer.
Now I'm no expert in children's outdoor toy design but I'd say these ropes look a bit on the short side. I've contacted the company and they've asked for a photo, as the ropes are meant to be adjustable.
I've sent them this photo, as that's the longest they'll go. We'll see what they say.

We took the dogs for a lovely walk along the river at Burford this morning and had a picnic sitting on another fallen oak tree.
On our way home, we nipped into the town, parked in the multistorey, took the lift to the ground floor and walked the two deeries along the high street, around the green and back to the car. These were all 'firsts' for Fionne and she was remarkably calm..... well apart from when a pushchair came too close. Very proud of her and I must keep up the socialisation. This isn't always easy with big dogs. You quite often see people clutching at their children or smaller dogs and putting as much distance as they can between you and them. Although I try to understand their concerns, I can't help but find it slightly irritating. Believe me, they're more likely to be bitten by a small terrier than by a deerhound!!
