Sal Galletas Italiano - Italian Cookie Sale

La Federación Católica Italiana celebró su venta anual de galletas después de las cuatro misas de hoy. Ayudé a vender después del once Mass. Había montones de galletas caseras, pizzelles y galletas de queso ricotta. También había un montón de chips de chocolate para complacer a los más jóvenes.

La mejor parte de mi mañana fue como ver a los niños pequeños a la mesa y recoger las galletas de su elección. Los niños están tan llenos de inocencia pura. Al ver sus ojos se iluminan por algo tan pequeño como las galletas poner una sonrisa en mi cara y la alegría en mi corazón.


Translation:

The Italian Catholic Federation held their annual cookie sale after all four Masses today. I helped sell after the eleven o'clock Mass. There were piles of homemade biscotti, pizzelles and ricotta cookies. There were also plenty of chocolate chip to please the younger crowd.

The best part of my morning was watching the small children come to the table and picking out the cookies of their choice. Kids are so full of pure innocence. Seeing their eyes light up over something as small as cookies put a smile on my face and joy in my heart.
