Ruins of Mineworkers' Huts Near Boot

A pamphlet from the campsite offices described four walks to see the local scenery. I rather fancied seeing some tarns but the paths are steep and not signposted.

Instead, after climbing the steep incline left by the old trackway of the mine railway and having to slide back down on my bottom, I opted for a gentler walk along the contour which took Basil and me past these ruins.
