Intimations of Summer

Back from a fabulous week in Easdale. We had no internet access and extremely poor mobile phone reception. Absolute bliss. Add to it no cars and no street lights and you have a wonderful silence and magnificent night skies. Today was a visit to Dundee to see the Scotland under 16 hockey side play the final game of a tournament with the equivalent Irish side. My younger son is the Scottish coach. The set of three games was a draw. It was a brilliant day weather wise. Some time also spent in the garden. I opened the back gate this afternoon and thought it was a real intimation of summer. I will back blip for the Easdale trip. The scenery was amazing and different.
