Back down to earth with a bump. After two wonderful days turned off from work and the computer I had to pick up the threads again today and they seem to be in a terrible tangle - or perhaps it's my head that's in a tangle. My body aches from the cycling and the running, and my head aches from having to engage the brain again. I've felt my age today. It's not often I say that.
