Family & Easter Sunday

As this was a family weekend I had to include a picture of our girls, Polly & Rosie. We’re incredibly proud of our girls, they are a delight. I blipped a photo of Polly a couple of weeks ago, returning from Kenya & Uganda. She works in development. Rosie is in her last year of Uni, starting work in June as youth development worker with Fusion. We’ve taught them so much but learned so much more from them.

We attended the Easter Sunday service in St Michael le Belfrey, an amazing service with a superb Hallelujah chorus & wonderful contemporary worship. A great time. This is the parent church of G2, our daughter’s preferred church. Whilst there we bumped into Pippa. Many years ago we used to travel far and wide to lead services, celebrations, holiday clubs etc. One home we often stayed in was in Kensal Rise, where Pippa’s mum & dad lived. Our daughter & Pippa have teamed up, after 15 years, to work together, & Rosie will be employed to develop student/youth work with Fusion later this year, Pippa’s old job.

Funny how things work out.
