Peacock, Palacerigg Country Park

Thursday was a day of emails and phone calls and meetings - it's called 'retirement' - so I ended it by having a pleasant evening stroll around Palacerigg Country Park in Cumbernauld.

Although many of the animals, and there don't see to be too many in the park these days, seemed to be hiding or uncooperative with the passing photographer, this colourful chap was in good voice and keen to show off.
