"I want to lay you down on a bed of roses"

My first ever EVER bunch of roses. A dozen beautiful red roses. Unfortunately they weren't from a secret admirer or dashing Don Draper type, they were all free from the IrishBizParty Conference that I attended today from the wonderful Scarecrow Flowers. I am delighted with them. They are sitting proudly in my room in a very fancy vase. I feel so grown up with them and they smell amazing. I don't need a man and all that! Although a little love note to accompany them would have been nice! But they are so beautiful and they really make me smile when I see them. This makes me happy.
