I have stayed at home today with a cold but nipped out to take this blip in the nearby countryside. I feel ok but did not want to inflict my germs on colleagues and was going to be at the computer all day so can do same at home. Nice to have a day around the house though.

For those who requested this, here is a link to my 5Live appearance yesterday. It starts around 2 hours 42 mins in and there is a woman first, then an ex-prisoner than me - just to be clear who I am! Doesn't last long! About five minutes in total!
