Gin Palace

Today we went to Saint Tropez, we arrived by boat, well, you have to don't you? It was great to get there and have a look, a month later and you wouldn't be able to move there. We could stroll around the harbour admiring the gin palaces. After a hot afternoon, we needed a drink. A coke was €8.50 and a lemon press seemed a bargain at €10.

It was good to go there but I wish I'd gone in 1969 before it got too gauche. Did I forget to say that the boat we arrived on was the ferry from St Maxime?
