Frolic and Fun

Actually Niamh, Paddy and Brisa on a late afternoon run - Niamh cycled to school this morning, had gym at school, had her Bikeability training in the afternoon, went to after school running club then cycled back home....

She informed me whilst out with the dogs that "the more exercise you do, the better you feel...."

The dogs would agree with that!
