What time of the year do we have to dispose of the most packaging?

The council have been forced to provide us with receptacles to allow them to landfill less - and what do we do? We ignore them.

Empty recycling bin, overflowing rubbish bins.

Sorry Just Sitting, I'm finding it hard to mirror your unwavering positive regard, but I am trying cos I prefer uplift to downflow (although its not always obvious).
