and the winner is.....

Wonderful Wednesday! After a long wait we had good news this afternoon, but that will have to stay under wraps for a few more weeks.

Then tonight S and I went along to the Adult Learners' Week award ceremony at the City Chambers. We knew that we at Crisis had won an award in the Political and Social Education category but we were amazed, astounded, stunned when the group, 'Write Up the Referendum', also won the overall outstanding achievement award. Our Oscar moment - and wisely S and I left it to the group to accept the trophy.

It's been a great day! (and the sun shone again, too).
