"Walkin through the night up and down the avenue"

The first thing that I noticed about Mexico was the amount of people, everywhere, at all times. Day and night the streets are filled. You just have to get swept along and go with the flow, especially when using the underground metro. However, these folk are use to being in close quarters to others and they are very good at it. Nobody bumps into you or blocks the streets or stands in the way. They negotiate other people very well. Also, the streets are full, it's as if nobody is ever indoors. I love that.
