Soldiering on

I believe this to be a Soldier Beetle, sunning itself on an Osteospermum this afternoon. There was a lot of insect activity about and I think that might be because the weather is due to change.

Not the easiest time for me at the moment. Can't go into details but suffice to say I'm having to soldier on too.

My first duty at Minsmere tomorrow and am also in the audience for Springwatch Unsprung in the evening, after the main show on the red button. Think it's going to be a wet day unfortunately. Another time to soldier on!!
