After a wonderful nights sleep - Paulo and i walked around his neighborhood, i bought a new backpack for my camera which is totally awesome and came with a free gift.....one of the gorilla tripods, it's so cool and it was free!!! We had lunch with his daughter then home again, and i had a much needed nap. all this heavy emotional work is exhausting! i find myself needing to be distracted for a long period of time then i need quiet.....and now, i feel energised and am enjoying a glass of wine and we are about to have dinner here with the rest of Paulo's family.
