On the beach (sung in a Cliff Richard sort of way)

A much slower paced day today but still fun and the weather is being very cooperative!

Physio first thing followed by some relaxation at home and then Martin, Roz and I headed out to South Lantau to the beach for dinner at the South African restaurant again. Very pleasant out there and managed to get this pic of Roz and Martin on the beach. There were more people on the beach than I'd ever seen before, that may have been due to the weather plus it's a long weekend.


Wonder if you can spot the parachuter in the background?

Dragon boat races tomorrow here in DB, so hope to get some good pics.
