Lilac Blooms Bursting...

Mum’s lilac is bursting into bloom at last. Later than usual but just as pretty and perfumed as ever. I’ve decided to bite the bullet and find a spot in the garden to plant it rather than keep it in a tub, as it's really too big for the tub. Here’s hoping that won’t be the beginning of the end for it!

Really struggled when that 6am alarm went off this morning. Another couple of hours under the duvet would have been most welcome. That said I have had a pretty productive day so far with phone calls made, correspondence attended to and chores done.

Feet up now for 20 mins still Alan gets home then dinner followed by preparation for support worker candidate no 2 for Alan to visit and meet him, so we shall see how that goes. Third candidate will visit tomorrow evening. We’ll all be exhausted by Wednesday!
