Yet another EFB

A different F-word today! That says it all. Still grumpy and sore and full of painkillers, a woman that hates taking pills of any kind. I'm getting a wee bit worried about our weekend away and a work trip to Glasgow next week. So off to bed to see if a good night's rest will do the trick.
